called to get price on struts...gave me a price and he said was top of line like Monroe shocks. So, asked what brand and he said, "oh, they are Monroe struts". How much? $239 each and shocks for rear are $47. I asked "that your best price?"...yes. I said thanks, they are lower somewhere else..."we do price matching, he said. I don't need you to match what I already Got...you need to beat it. Click...so rude. Feedback: could have admitted his price was best he could do but give us an opportunity next time or let me check with supervisor if we can do better or say, I'm sorry, maybe next time...anything but hanging up on a custumer.

Getting ready to head back home to DC and car went into limp mode. Saw Matt and he was super helpful. He diagnosed the problem (airflow sensor) and checked if he had it in stock. He did! In a few short minutes we were on our way and couldn't be more relieved. I was fearing hundreds and hundreds in repairs but it was just a sensor and everything runs perfect. Matt was one of the best customer service reps I've encountered over the years. It's just too bad I'm from out of state or id use this place all the time based on his service and expertise.
